Ingredients (amount for 3 diners):

24 cherry tomatoes (depending on the number of diners)
12 balls of baby mozzarella (in the ratio of 1/2 of the tomatoes)
Chopped chives
A few stalks of spice leaf (thyme/oregano/basil)
A handful of pine nuts

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
A drizzle of reduced balsamic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
