Get a recipe for festive rice for Rosh Hashanah that you can prepare easily and quickly!
So what is needed?
a cup of rice
A cup and a half of boiling water
Medium onion
A medium carrot grated and drained of liquid
1/2 red chili pepper
A handful of cranberries or raisins
3 tablespoons of silane
A sip of red wine
Teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
A few rosemary leaves
Preparation :
Chop the onion and cut the chili pepper into rings
Grate a carrot and squeeze it out of its liquid.
In a pot, fry the onion until translucent, add the carrot, chili and cranberries and fry for about 1-2 minutes
Add the rosemary leaves, rice, silan, red wine, salt, black pepper and boiling water
Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, on a low-medium flame.
