Cottage bruschetta is rich in protein!
An idea for breakfast or dinner that you can prepare easily and enjoy every bite!
So what is needed?
Small slices of sourdough/rye/spelt bread
Olive oil (not stingy and not overly generous)
2 teaspoons of cottage cheese per bruschetta
9% grated yellow cheese
A little black pepper
A little chili
A sprinkling of silane or honey (optional)
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
