A double of triple toast bursting with protein!

A little escapism on such a complex day..

There is toast and there is mega toast, bursting with protein and satisfying to a level that you will not be able to eat until after Pesach.

So what is needed?

6 slices of American bread/ brioche - yes, you read that right
5 slices of yellow cheese 9%
4 tablespoons of natural tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of oregano

Preparation :

Take American bread or brioche, prepare the tomato sauce and combine in layers with grated yellow cheese.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Bon apetite.
