A crispy potato pancake that you will not hear anything when you bite into it!
As you can see and know, I'm dying for potatoes, there are so many things to do with them!
This recipe requires one basic raw material and that is a potato.
Ingredients :

Well washed potato (not peeled)

Tablespoon quality olive oil (I used chili oil)

Coarse salt

black pepper
Preparation :

Cook the potatoes until softened.

(In a pot / microwave) Mash on a surface with baking paper and form a slightly thick pancake (so that it does not fall apart).

Drizzle with olive oil and spices

Bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes - when the pancake begins to simmer, turn to turbo mode

And lower to 180 degrees for a few more minutes.


It is recommended to serve with a touch of grated cheese;)

Along with white cheese and matbucha
