Easy and quick tahini bread to make!
Ingredients :
4 and a half tablespoons of quality raw tahini
2 eggs
1/2 bag of baking powder
2 tablespoons sesame / honey / maple
I used a tablespoon of sesame and a tablespoon of agave syrup
Pinch of salt
Toppings you want: kernels / nuts, etc.
Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Transfer to an Englishcake pan and sprinkle over the toppings you want.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees, baking time cost varies from oven to oven.
Recommends sticking a knife, if it comes out without dirt, the bread is ready
