So what is needed?

5 tablespoons of raw tahini
3/4 cup of thin oats
3 eggs
A teaspoon of baking soda
A spoonful of honey
A spoonful of silane
a little salt
A tablespoon of sunflower and pumpkin seed mix
A handful of walnut halves (maybe almonds/pecans or anything else)

Preparation :

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix *well*

Transfer to an English cake pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees
