There are few people I know who do not like stir fry, a dish from the Asian cuisine, which can contain so many different toppings and sauces.
But, I advocate that on days of doing, you don't have to be in the kitchen. Save this recipe, for days of lack of time, or as part of #mealprep for a new week.
So what is needed? (for personal portion)
200 grams of noodles for stir-frying
Medium white onion
4-5 mushrooms
2 teaspoons of coconut oil (for sauteing the vegetables)
2 teaspoons of curry paste
1/3 cup regular milk or coconut milk/cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of hot chili powder (less is also possible)
Preparation :
Sauté the onion and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.
At the same time, soak the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and add to the vegetables.
Ahead of time in a bowl open the curry with the milk and add to the pan.
Season with salt, chili powder and sauté on a high flame for another 2-3 minutes.
Bon apetite
