Baked crispy corn nuggets with crispy coating!!
I really don't have a word to add, fly to make it!!


So what is needed? (12 nuggets)


2 cans of easy corn

2 eggs

1/3 cup bread crumbs

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tbsp

3/4 teaspoon of salt

1/3 teaspoon black pepper


For coating:

5 thin corn crisps

A spoonful of sweet paprika

Preparation:


1. Boil water with salt in a pot and boil the corn for about 3 minutes. Filter and cool for 10 minutes
2. Put 3/4 of the amount of corn in a food processor with the eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, oil, salt and pepper
3. Add the remaining corn to the mixture, mix and place in the refrigerator for half an hour
4. Grind crisps with paprika (you can also mash well with a rolling pin)
5. Break 2 egg whites or one egg, dip the nuggets and then dip in the crumbs
6. Spray oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
