Peeled and boiled medium potato
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 purple onion
Stalk of green onion
5 parsley leaves
1/4 hot pepper
4 pickles

For the sauce:
2 and a half tablespoons of yogurt
A teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
A teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sweetango / sugar

Preparation :

Peel and soften the potatoes, wait for them to cool and then cut into cubes.

Chop the vegetables and the hard-boiled eggs.

Mix all the dressing ingredients well and then add it to the salad.

Mix well and enjoy!
