So what is needed? (for 14 medium-large balls)
250 grams of soaked or canned chickpeas
Liquids from the hummus soaking water (see method of preparation)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of black pepper
A teaspoon of cumin
A teaspoon of paprika
A flat teaspoon of baking soda powder
garlic clove
A quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a bunch of parsley
Half a bunch of cilantro
Preparation :
Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
Add a spoonful of the hummus soaking water (you may need more)
Grind until a uniform mixture, if the mixture is dry, add a little more liquid.
Form the falafel balls on baking paper and brush with oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
