Ingredients :
200 grams of pasta
250 ml coconut cream / cream for cooking 15% fat or 9%
2 cloves garlic
Half a teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon black pepper
20 grams butter / coconut oil / regular oil
6 Chestnuts peeled and ready to eat
A little basil leaves - optional
Preparation :
- Cook the pasta and filter according to the manufacturer's instructions.
For the sauce:
Melt the butter and add the sliced garlic cloves.
- Add 250 ml coconut cream or cooking cream and mix well.
-Add salt, black pepper and mushrooms.
-Cook on a medium flame for about 3-4 minutes, add the basil leaves if you have chosen to put and the chestnuts.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes to extract flavors.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce, mix and serve.
