You won't believe how many calories it takes to make delicious, homemade potato chips without too much oil or calories, add baking to this goodness and you've got a great snack!
So what is needed?
medium potato
paprika
Salt
A tablespoon and a half of oil / oil spray
Preparation :
Grate the potato into thin slices with a mandoline
Put in cold water with ice for 3-5 minutes
Remove from the water and dry with a towel
Place on baking paper, drizzle with oil or spray with spray
Sprinkle the spices we wanted and bake at a temperature of 150-160 degrees
About 20-30 minutes, upper and lower heat program.
