Cinnabar from rice shelves!

For one sinbon:
4 leaves of rice
1/2 cup lukewarm water
one egg
2 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoons sweetango / sugar substitute
A teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation :
In a wide bowl add the water, egg and honey and mix well.
Dip the rice leaves for 5-7 seconds (not beyond) and place them overlapping.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the amount along the rice leaves.
Roll out the rice leaves and form a snail
