Delicious, soft and easy to make tahini cookies!
Among my favorite cookies, they are not low in calories but contain quality fat and a good amount of dietary fiber.

Ingredients ✎ (about 16 cookies):

1/2 cup 100% whole sesame tahini
.
• 50 grams of soft butter
.
• 2 tablespoons oil
.
• A cup and a half of spelled flour.
• a teaspoon of baking powder.
• 1/3 cup sugar / powdered sugar / sweetener - I used sweetango (0 calories).
