  Ingredients :

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 large lettuce leaves
  • Red / yellow gamba
  • Whole onion
  • Brown mushrooms

For seasoning:

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 4 broken walnuts

Preparation: Cut the lettuce coarsely and place at the bottom of the bowl, cut the rest of the vegetables and add to the bowl except the onion and mushrooms. The onion is cut into large strips and the mushrooms into slices. Fry in a pan with a teaspoon of regular oil / olive season the salad, finally add the mushrooms and onions.
