From needs:

  • A cup of cooked green beans
  • 1/2 yellow gamba
  • 1/2 red gamba
  • 1/4 white / purple onion cut into cubes
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams of Bulgarian cheese 5% fat

Seasoning:

  • Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Teaspoon finely chopped dill
  • Teaspoon dry oregano
  • Grated garlic clove (optional)

Preparation: Cook the green beans in water and strain. Cut the vegetables and place in a bowl besides the cheese add the seasoning besides the dill add the cheese and sprinkle the dill over it.
