From needs:
- A cup of cooked green beans
- 1/2 yellow gamba
- 1/2 red gamba
- 1/4 white / purple onion cut into cubes
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 50 grams of Bulgarian cheese 5% fat
Seasoning:
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice from half a lemon
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- Teaspoon finely chopped dill
- Teaspoon dry oregano
- Grated garlic clove (optional)
Preparation: Cook the green beans in water and strain. Cut the vegetables and place in a bowl besides the cheese add the seasoning besides the dill add the cheese and sprinkle the dill over it.
