Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- purple Onion
- 4 brown mushrooms
- Hot pepper - to taste
- A handful of chopped coriander
- A cup of black lentils
- Tablespoon unsweetened cranberries
- Spoon walnut chips
Seasoning:
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice from half a lemon
- Pinch of salt
Preparation: Cut all the vegetables and add to the bowl. Add the black lentils, cranberries and walnuts.
Season the salad and eat.
