Delicious tabbouleh quickly and easily!
The tabbouleh was invented in Lebanon and Syria but is a common dish in all Mediterranean countries, even in the USA, Brazil and the Dominican Republic because of the Arab immigrants who live there.

Tabula has several different versions, and this is my favorite version:

So what is needed? (a large quantity for hosting 6 people or more)

• 2 cups of Grisha (thin bulgul) - you can use all types of bulgul
• A bunch of parsley
• Half a bunch of cilantro
• 5-6 sprigs of mint
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1/2 hot pepper - quantity can be changed

- You can only put parsley or coriander and not both
- You don't have to add mint, but it's an upgrade
- Can be prepared without tomato

Seasoning:
1/2 cup of quality olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
3/4 tablespoon of fine salt
A flat spoon of black pepper
A handful of unsweetened cranberries
A handful of peeled and sliced almonds

For every cup of grits, a cup of boiling water.
Soak for about 10 minutes.

Bon apetite
