Without further ado, write down another idea for your next salad:


So what is needed? (for personal salad)


A small sweet potato cut into cubes

1/2 medium tomato

1/2 handful of coriander

1/4 medium purple onion

A few unsweetened cranberries

A few natural pecans


Seasoning:

A tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons natural lemon juice

a little salt

A sprinkling of honey/silan


preparation method :


Prepare the sweet potato in a garlic/ninja oven or in the oven.
Cut all the vegetables, cranberries, pecans and mix.
Add the seasoning and finally a sprinkling of honey or silan.
