Ingredients :
- 2 cucumbers
- A handful of coriander
- A handful of parsley
- A handful of walnut chips
- A handful of unsweetened cranberries
- Teaspoon black sesame
- Quinoa Trio Cup (3 Colors)
Seasoning:
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Teaspoon of olive oil
- Juice from half a lemon
How to prepare: Soak the quinoa in hot water. Chop the coriander and parsley. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
