Ingredients :
400 grams of cucumbers (about 4-5 medium cucumbers)
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/4 clove chopped fresh garlic
A pinch of freshly chopped ginger - optional
One tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons coconut milk (optional)
Teaspoon and a half of vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons water
Possible toppings: chicken / tofu
How to prepare :
Slice the cucumbers into thin strips.
Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Combine the chicken breast or tofu with the cucumbers and add the sauce gradually until you get the desired flavor.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle with green onion rings and chopped roasted peanuts.
