A festive beet carpaccio that steals the show!

I don't know if you noticed the calendar, but it's Shavuot very soon and this is a dish you must have on your holiday table

Ingredients :

Beets prepared / in vacuum
Feta / Bulgarian cheese 5%
Quality olive oil
Pomegranate concentrate or reduced balsamic
Pine nuts or walnuts
mint leaves

Preparation :

Thinly slice the beets with a knife or mandoline

Arrange on a serving dish

Drizzle olive oil and pomegranate concentrate

Add feta, pine nuts and garnish with mint.
