Ingredients :

Kolorbi

Carrot

Gamba

Tomato

Sprouts (optional)

5% Bulgarian cheese - to taste

A teaspoon of unsweetened cranberries

3 halves of walnuts broken in half

A teaspoon of olive oil to sprinkle on the salad.

Salt / Atlantic salt

black pepper

How to prepare :
Cut the kohlrabi and carrots into rings and the gamba into strips.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt / Atlantic salt and black pepper.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Slice the tomato into rings.
After baking, arrange the kohlrabi rings on the bottom of the plate and place the tomato on top.
Add the rest of the vegetables and toppings.
At the end, pour a teaspoon of olive oil over the salad.
Serve cold.
